RETURN/ SHIPPING POLICIES
Please review as all purchases are subject to the following terms:
We have a no exchange or return policy on our custom t-shirts, hoodies, crewnecks and other apparel items. All items are hand created and will differ based on the technique used, such as bleaching, reverse bleaching, tie dye, etc.
Please review your order before purchasing as requests to cancel orders will not be permitted.
Items purchased from the Boutique Finds section of the website may be returned within 5 days of purchase. Items must be in unworn condition with any applicable tags still attached. Items that smell of cigarette smoke or other scents and/or with visible animal hair will not be eligible for refund/ return. Please contact Brimms Boutique via email BrimmsBoutique@gmail.com to iniate a return. We will not cover any return shipping charges.
If your order arrives damaged or inaccurate, please contact Brimms Boutique within 2 days via email BrimmsBoutique@gmail.com
Brimms Boutique is not responsible for a package once it has been handed off to the United States Postal Service (USPS). If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping company to file a claim. We will not refund, remake, or credit your account for any order lost or damaged by the USPS.
We will not be held responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect shipping addresses submitted during checkout. If an order is returned, the buyer will need to cover the shipping fees to have the order shipped again.
